Sumario: This work has been developed based on policies, models, presidential decrees that were provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries (MAGAP) and the Centre for Research on Milk Polytechnic Salesian University (CILEC). Because of the changes that have been generated in the payment of milk quality, we determined the need to compare and analyze models of the major milk producing countries in Latin America, Europe and the model of our country. This analysis will establish the main factors that account for the payment of milk quality such as protein, fat, good milking practices, hygienic, reductase, among others. In this work we have covered important topics such as the current policy that manages to pay reductase milk as more bonuses. But there is also a PivotTable that milk quality pays only for fat and protein. The development of this work has been performed based on six chapters, which has been used a descriptive methodology and a survey of the main collection centers Canton Cayambe as a research tool; in order to know the position of producers and collection centers from payment of milk quality.
