The present research work was aimed at reconstructing the practical experience on the labor insertion of Ecuadorian health professionals, coming from abroad, who accepted the Healthy Ecuador Plan for You, included in the period from January to December. 2016, in the city Quito. The theoretical and methodological referents allowed to establish the importance of evaluating the state of labor insertion processes, where the respondents and interviewees, through the application of research techniques, provided the necessary information to perform the data analysis, whose result showed that the 38 % of the analyzed sample considers the processes of labor insertion unfavorable, which allowed developing measures to draw up an intervention plan aimed at reducing those problems detected that respond to the indicators evaluated in an unfavorable manner in each of the variables analyzed. The proposed actions are in correspondence with the problems detected in the evaluation of labor insertion processes, which is aimed at improving the participation of the members of the Healthy Ecuador Plan, Voy por Ti. Actions were expressed that were of a general nature, that is to say, of problems that involve the organization in a broader sense and others that allowed to act directly on the specific problems that some areas present and that is expressed in the unfavorable behavior of the variables. Some of these actions, due to their complexity in terms of processes, would involve the design of sequential and systematically planned intervention procedures. |
