This work is supported by a descriptive research field of quantitative nature , for which the
theoretical, empirical and mathematical – statistical methods are used , they all applied in the
information processing and interpretation of the data obtained from surveys and interviews.
The overall objective of this research was to investigate whether the labor market inclusion of
people with disabilities has helped to improve their quality of life, personal and recreation.
Was based on the main bibliographic international, national and local sources, allowing to
know the different definitions and concepts with regard to labor market inclusion, quality of
life and disability. Among the conclusions drawn from the research is that the oil palm Palm
Quinindé Andes city of Esmeraldas is complying with the provisions of Article 7 of the
Disability Act in relation to the social and labor inclusion is 4%, giving them the most
favorable for the development of their daily job functions conditions.
