This work focuses on the development of a project for the creation of a savings and loan in Quito located in the area of San Blas, determining the basic tools for managing and structuring, both policy statutes and financing that will be implemented in their operation which should be regulated by the existing legal framework. Project development begins with the development of a market study was based on surveys lifting several industry partners and members of the expectations that members of the community about the services lent in the new savings. By developing various processes and methodological procedures and financial investment required for the creation of community housing was determined. Similarly using financial calculations could determine the feasibility that will create the same. |
