Sumario: In the "Colonso" protective forest located in the Tena city, Napo province, this paper titling, which ended with the automation of the mixing chamber of the treatment plant water "Colonso" was held this he made in order to ensure that the vital fluid consumed by the population of the Tena city is within the parameters set by the INEN 1108 standard. For this purpose various types of sensors that are responsible for providing readings of turbidity and pH which are typical characteristics of water, was implemented these data are processed by electronic devices through communication protocols signals are transformed so that the PLC can process and implement actions in conjunction with the actuators assigned according to the need of the situation, this according to the programming logic previously set in the control device.
