The Internet today has become a crucial tool for communication and it is important that the company will implement these communication devices to improve living conditions and make use of technologies that are used for development, such as ICT.
The Information Technology and Communication (ICT) are now part of the technological culture with which we live. Expand our mental physical, and social development opportunities. The technology is radically changing forms of work, the means by which people communicate and learn.
With the advent of internet have likewise been creating web pages, web sites, web portals, which, depending on the needs of individuals, businesses, institutions, among others, has given the appropriate use.
Nowadays enter the world of technology is very important, and most have a website, because the Internet increasingly gained momentum and is becoming a major source of both information and advertising in addition to modernize the corporate image of a company or institution.
As for the municipality of Colta has a website, which when analyzed can conclude that it was not built or developed with a communications standard. Therefore he can't be considered as a contribution to this organization because it lacks corporate image and the population does not receive adequate information on the services offered by this institution.
For this reason the creation of the web portal is designed to improve these shortcomings, so that will be developed with a communicative approach, which will benefit both the municipality and the population.
The final product is the development of an institutional web portal for GAD canton Colta, using programs and platforms to create and develop the product. As for the content displayed on the website will be dynamic and static, depending on the update that is envisaged. |
