The principal objective of this project is to establish the feasibility of creating a touristic center in Pichincha province, Valle de los Chillos sector, Jatunpungo neighborhood. This feasibility will be reached trough many methods such as: market investigation, legal and administrative plan, technical studio, financial studio and environmental evaluation.
In the first chapter you can find general aspects of Pichincha Province and Rumiñahui Canton, they can help to the lectors to know and understand about the environment where the touristic center will be build. |
