This project conducted a manual control system of occupational hazards in the production
process palm fruit (Elaeis guineensis jacq) and extraction of oil, PALM OF THE ANDES SA
In San Lorenzo, in accordance with Article 51 RES. CD 390 REGULATION OF GENERAL
INSURANCE RISK OF WORK.
In the situational analysis of the company in the field of industrial safety and occupational
health, was necessary to identify factors physical hazards, mechanical, chemical, biological,
psychosocial, ergonomic, major accidents, potential risks without safeguards, using checklists
and visual overhaul.
Was identified and evaluated the risks and conditions mentioned using: direct measurements
with the meter, light meter and psychrometer; Using Mathematical Risk Assessment with NTP
330 Simplified method evaluation system accidents. Preventive management matrix for
necessary improvements in relation to occupational health and safety was raised.
With the implementation of the proposed control system of occupational hazards in the
production process palm fruit oil extraction, the control system of occupational risks in the
company handbook will be developed, in order to implement the proposals for the best
development in occupational safety and health.
It is recommended to continue with the implementation of health and safety plan (application of
procedures and implementation of preventive measures Matrix) proposed well as perform
socialization workers and everyone involved. |
