Sumario: This thesis contains information from the Service of Comprehensive Care for Adolescents provided by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Isidro Ayora in Quito, then the content of each of the chapters are briefly outlined. In Chapter 1 we find a theoretical framework with a clear explanation of the concept of adolescence as we can find everything related to Marketing and Social Marketing. Chapter 2 provides an analysis of the situational reality both performed HGOIA as the S.A.I.A; also an external analysis that included factors of micro and macro environment, in order to know the whole situation faced teenage mothers. In Chapter 3 field research described from the research problem and the objectives pursued; conducting research questions for teenage mothers and reaching with this to establish the strengths and weaknesses that comprise the institution and the opportunities and threats that arise in their environment. In Chapter 4 the strategic approach to the determination of the strategic objectives based on the SWOT analysis is established. The budget and schedule for each of the activities to assess the annual budget available to the SAIA arises; knowing the cost / benefit to be derived after running this marketing plan.
