This study focused on economic practices that take place in the parish of La Esperanza Canton Pedro Moncayo in the Pichincha province. The research focused on the Association of Fair Hope agro-ecological who in a number of 33 active members involved in the production and sale of agricultural products which are sold directly to the consumer from a space built for the purpose. The analyzed data suggest that economic practices that develop the members have in its components have as the development of production processes, traditional activities of exchange and / or marketing, self-consumption and the consequent satisfaction of needs and income generation.
Relations of solidarity reciprocity and cooperation were identified where it highlights the human being as subject and end of their actions, so it was found that the Association Fair agro-ecological Hope, their activities are aligned largely to what some actors on the work of the Social and Solidarity Economy.
But questions raised are especially focused on the sustainability of the initiatives taken by the actors of the Solidarity Economy and its relationship with the state. |
