Sumario: The Salesian Polytechnic University in the Girón campus of the city of Quito, has in its academic offer the Management for local and sustainable development, this course has the form of distance study, this creates the need for students to have That to be in continuous connectivity to the virtual classroom of the university to be able to review the new content to study in its due subjects. The mentioned race is very diverse, that is to say that there are students of different Ecuadorian ethnic groups like for example White, Mestizos, Indigenous, Afro-Ecuadorian or Montubios and the great majority of these students have problems to be able to enter the virtual classroom of the university and for Being able to connect have to travel several hours from their place of residence, this inconvenience has led several students to stop studying or the university has taken away their scholarships. This title document explains the proposal for an implementation of an offline infrastructure, which in its main server will be virtualized 3 servers, each with a different tool (Kiwix-Asterisk-Moodle), the same that will help solve the problems Which have students in the community who present more problems, prior to a study carried out that will explain in later chapters.
