Sumario: This paper will analize and execute the design of a new automated sunroof for a new sunroof design automation for different areas and places within our country. In Ecuador, the market has a variety of ceilings. The ceilings have different materials, prices and uses. The aluminum profile is one of the most important parts of the ceiling. The profile will be selected acording to the requerements, cost and construction time. It will increase the demand of mobile ceilings. It will be selected and will be built that meets the needs, requirements, reducing costs and construction time for the increase of this innovative new design of mobile ceilings. According to the required needs, the power of the motor will be estimated by the force applied on the mobile panels. A electronic control system will be designed. It will achieve the requirements of movements, temperature and presence. For all these reasons, a new automated sunroof was designed and built.
