This paper presents the design process and construction of a measuring cable card audience, using the ADSP BF-531 Family Blackfin Processors Analog Devices, which digitally processes video screens (similar) for the frequencies (digital) channels and transmit system IBOPE, who will obtain the ratings of pay TV programs. Programming the DSP was performed in Java language using functions used to take pictures in black and white (B & W) which gives the video and compare them with a database that has been etched in the memory of the DSP, later to form a number |
