The main objective of this study is to analyze the experience of women in the zone of influence of the commune of San Alfonso de Chibuleo, on their decision to access work, as an exercise of their rights in the period 2012-2015. In addition, understanding that social capital is a sociological tool that contributes significantly to the organization and conformation of social groups that commune the common and collective good with an emphasis on solidarity and group commitment.
In this experience participated organizations, such as the Diocese of Ambato, UNOPUCH, PRODEPINE project, among others, but later it was the organized women that gave life to the communal bank, the same one that at present has given rise to financial institutions like The COAC, Cooperative Saving and Credit with provincial and regional scope.
