The audit of civil works is a consulting activity that demands the participation of professional civil engineering and architecture for the execution of civil works requires professional support in all areas of construction as well as laboratories for testing of materials used and complies with the technical specifications in construction contracts.
Currently the foc does not have a management model for the efficient performance of its business, which is why this thesis focuses on proposing a model as a basis for professionals engaged in this activity.
The foc need to engage to his traditional Business Administration model updated administrative tools.
In all professional consulting activity, as the control of civil works, is necessary internal and external analysis of the same in order to identify, analyze and solve the problems. This research has mainly the following:
• Theoretical analysis. • Model strategic plan. • Process Model for the foc. • Survey to determine the current situation of the foc. • Model process diagrams. • Development of administrative and financial terms that serve as a basis for foc. • Model strategies. • Conclusions and Recommendations.
The model proposed by the authors allow the foc generate greater confidence in their current and potential customers because after verifying the robustness of the his management structure will take favorable decisions for the new and / or continuation of the existing contracts, due to many clients running civil works are not professionals in the field of construction and the decision to continue or hire the foc is based on his experience and his administrative and financial model. |
