The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation - SENESCYT, is the regulatory body of Higher Education in the country. As of February 2016 the Human Talent Directorate with the purpose of improving the internal processes of personnel recruitment and to comply with the internal reform of the Human Talent Statute, for that reason the profiles and positions were surveyed In the Directorates that belong to the General Administrative and Financial Coordination, the same one that helped to obtain results that contributed to the organizational growth since each one of the servants counts on the essential activities of its position. The execution of the project was made on the basis of the planned schedule and in compliance with the activities thereof. |
