The company Ingeniería y Servicios Ambientales ISA SA is providing the operation and maintenance service of the wastewater treatment plant belonging to the new airport in Quito, so it is proposed to prepare a preventive maintenance plan for their respective equipment where the analysis of the current situation of the plant and its different processes will be carried out, the tasks and maintenance frequencies for certain groups of equipment were obtained from the application of the Reliability Centered Maintenance Methodology (RCM), the recommendations of the manufacturers and the recommendations of the internal technicians of the company.
With the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan it is sought to reduce the corrective maintenance and unexpected stops of the equipment that cause problems in the processes of the plant and an increase in the costs of maintenance, a preventive maintenance plan is proposed with the description and frequency of activities for each equipment in order to avoid deterioration or damage of the equipment and to guarantee the treatment of the contaminated tributary, helping to comply with the parameters of quality of the affluent described in the environmental legislation of Ecuador. |
