Sumario: This project aims to develop and implement a cellular signal inhibitor on the 1900MHz band, which prevents radio transmissions by emitting a signal more powerful than the client, interfering with the communication channel in the downlink, designed for frequency and technology 4G / LTE deployed in Ecuador, for a cellular operator advanced mobile service. This project includes a study about the performance and features of 4G / LTE technology is made, based on its architecture and deployment specific information is collected in order to develop a preliminary prototype, obtaining the technique of blocking or interference for the operator test Movistar spectrum 1900MHz frequency assigned The prototype development phase presents a technical-economic analysis with the requirements and characteristics of materials required for its manufacturing. Section design and development of the prototype, each construction stage is detailed by block diagrams, flowcharts and circuit simulation, in each phase laboratory measures are made with the test equipment, this values are interpreted to detail in measured value and expected value. Tests and results phase consist employ devices with 4G/LTE support and several kind of antennas, omnidirectional 3dBi and directional 10dBi antennas in different stages at certain distances from 1 to 15m, in order to perform the measures at power levels and field strength.
