The Association Fe y Alegría in each of its eighty seven branch offices stated around the country, has been doing daily control of attendance of their staff manually. This has caused that the person responsible to entire country, takes a long time to get reports of staff's attendance from the centers, and could suffer involuntary inaccuracies.
A web prototype that solves to problem of staff's attendance control was proposed, by using the Visual .Net tool and a database PostgreSQL, to help to expedite response processes, keeping update the information of each employees and the integrity of their data.
The web prototype was evaluated and accepted by the chief Human Resource officer and the Administrative Coordinator Financial, who they asserted about it that was completing satisfactorily with all the requirements requested, such as: all specifications of the formats, customizing the interface according to user requirements, integrity and validation of data system, besides of caring and complying with internal policies of the association. |
