The deal between the Superintendecia de Control de Poder de Mercado and the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana covers the development and documentation of all projects delivered in a portfolio according to needs and functional requirements gathered by Technology Coordination from the SCPM.
The implemented web application, allows the automatic registration of occupational risks information, consultation and payrolls generation, the untying from company and liquidation process.
The document is divided into four main points:
First point shows the introduction, justification, general objective, specifics objectives and methodological framework.
The second point describes the institutional framework for SCPM which contains the mission about institution, strategic objectives and organizational structure. In addition details the theory framework where it references to technical concept about methodologies, platforms and used tools during the development application
The third point corresponds to the second chapter where the analysis and design of application starts. Analysis of the product's perspective is realized considering the functional requirements provided by SCPM, which will allow to organize the tasks through sprints and in the same time make the layout for each cycle using the UWE and SCRUM methodologies is performed.
The fourth point indicates the Chapter Three where construction and testing of the application is detailed; the technical aspects of the servers which the system is implemented, the tools used for application development and testing to ensure the effectiveness of the final product.
