The present work deals with the systematization of emotional intelligence program, adapted for teenagers between 14 and 18 years of the eighth parallel year "B" auto mechanics workshop, of the School of basic education program with unfinished schooling Fiscomisional, workshops school San Patricio (PCEI-range), in that works as a center of training craft Fiscomisional, which aims to provide training for eighth, ninth and tenth years of basic General education.
On the basis of a diagnostic process it makes visible the problem, which is related to low social skills management in the group, from which is taken the decision to carry out a program that will allow to strengthen the area of emotional intelligence in the students. Seven intervention workshops, comprised of experiential activities, recreational materials and methodology are implemented according to their interests that they allowed to develop the emotional intelligence of the beneficiary students in program. This activity was run in a span of four months, started in the month of March/17 and concluded on July/17. To verify the effectiveness of the program is correlated the results between the pre-test and post-test, both quantitatively and qualitatively, was used the emotional intelligence tests taken from the book of Persian, which was applied to the participants, the final results of the test show positive change in each of the scales of intelligence high, medium and low. |
