Sumario: This paper is a case study that was done in order to meet the pedagogical practices of Religious Education School (ERE) in Unidad Educativa Sagrado Corazón de Jesús-Ibarra specifically in the sixth year of basic education in two parallels "A and B". The case study considered for analysis elements such as planning, methodological structure of the subject class, teacher interaction with students, subject mastery, using methodological resources, assessment strategies used in the classroom and academic types of home works. Pedagogical practice as an interactive space of the teaching contributes to the integral formation of the person and ERE is the effective contribution to achieving this objective, and is also largely responsible for the transmission of culture and the student fully to their lives and their relationships with God, with others, with the environment and with himself. To achieve the results ethnography as a research method and supported on a theoretical basis is used, a reflection on the observed classroom teaching practice is performed.
