The present thesis work corresponds to the design of a system of internal control for the countable-financial area of the Company Sotelog Cia, Ltda. dedicated to the construction and delivery of specialized technical services to oil works, civil, mechanical, electrical, automotive, metalworking and information technology, construction and maintenance of roads.
For this reason through an analysis of internal control was implemented guidelines and parameters that specify the steps to comply with the financial process that the company does in order to improve its controls in the day to day of the execution of its activities in the areas of inventories, purchases, accounts receivable and accounts payable, in order to achieve an effective and efficient knowledge and management of the activities and functions carried out within the area of accounting - financial using methods and tools for assessing the internal control established theoretically put into practice in the present work.
To finish, in the same the results are presented as conclusions and recommendations of the observations found in the various operational areas of the company, which are routed to the General Management for decision making and implementation of the same, for optimal performance of Sotelog Cia, Ltda., waiting for you in this way provide a starting point in the display of the current situation and the benefits that entails the application of the-same. |
