Sumario: The systematization rises from a rereading of the experience done with the intervention project which intention was to modify the beliefs that perpetuate child abuse as a parenting form of education with mothers who does volunteering at Children International Foundation in La Roldós during the months March to August of this year. The project was made in order to sensitize about parenting styles based on good child treatment. This rereading came up because the interns discovered they could not complete their goals of their project. In order to find answers that would help in the develop of new projects in the future, we have seen necessary to analyze this experience and recognize which causes provoked that the therapeutic system formed by interns, families and institutions led to the homeostasis, making it rigid and stereotyped; and finally falling in the opposite side of the transformation. The base theory that supports this analysis of the creation of a therapeutic system in this experience are the books: “Toward constructing the therapeutic system” by Andolfi and Ackermans, “Institutionalizing madness: families, therapy and society” by Elizur and Minuchin. As well this academic work works with these variables: demand, roles and functions, homeostasis, provocativeness and transformation between the interactions of the actors of the therapeutic system.
