Sumario: This project includes a system for testing the behavior of the Chevrolet Aveo’s electronic control unit (ECU) which gives the user the ability to represent and manipulate different waveforms of the sensors comprising the control of electronic fuel injection system, to observe the reaction of the ECU to the variation of the sensor signals and generating by physical errors of the actuators or sensor without calibration. The system has two parts; the first is a HMI (Human Machine Interface) system developed in LabVIEW software, which allows manipulate the standard values and the characteristic equation of each sensors involved in the static test ignition system; the second part is the hardware generator system and signal converter, based on the free development board ARDUINO and AVR microcontroller, which is responsible for representing values and transform equations HMI issued by the ECU signals can be processed. The same hardware and receives the response of the ECU which is represented by light signals and code verification failures by an automotive scanner.
