Sumario: This work has been developed in order to design a marketing plan for the resort of the "Holy Hot Springs Association Urauco" located in the parish of Lloa south of Quito, whose main objective is: increase revenue, improve their service and get the good life in this resort and community Urauco. Developed five chapters are supported with information obtained through the resort 23 partners, mainly the president and treasurer; Additional books and web sites related to this topic, which has enabled the development of this work knowingly final year. Chapter 1, indicates the theoretical and conceptual content with the present research was developed. Chapter 2 refers to a situation assessment to external and internal Resort, in order to identify how it develops today and consider areas for improvement. Chapter 3 is the market research to help determine the target market and know what are the main needs, tastes and preferences of tourists. Chapter 4 and 5 show the proposed marketing plan to increase tourist visits along with profits. In addition, the budget of income and expenses that would have the resort, along with the benefit-cost analyzes this proposal. Finally, conclusions and recommendations obtained in making this thesis are presented.
