Sumario: The research is directed to propose strategies and actions for the company PROALPI (Food Processing Píllaro). Subsequently gaining market their products, this creates the need to develop administrative areas with an organizational structure. Items PROALPI offers: yogurt, cheese, delicacy and drinkable yogurt; have an excellent level of quality in both the inputs and the production process, but the market in which the company participates has great competitors and is constantly growing which forces it to seek new markets and become more competitive.
