Sumario: The present project of intervention was carried out in the company PRODUMETAL where it was proposed as objective: To identify the needs of the PRODUMETAL company for the design of a proposal for the improvement of the different processes, this through the organizational diagnosis and the use of methods and techniques for the collection of information, to contribute with theoretical ideas and empirical references in order to welcome a propitious vision on the professional, labor and personal scope of the company's workers. On the basis of the data obtained, their analysis will be necessary in view of the problems exposed that generate inconveniences in the internal and external management to propose timely solutions that generate satisfaction for those involved in the research process, thus reaching conclusions based on the object of study. Therefore, a questionnaire was applied as a tool to obtain quantitative data that were processed to conclude that the company does not have a Human Talent department. Based on this, the need arises to carry out strategic planning under administrative principles that include policies, functions and strategies that guarantee improvement in the process of selection of personnel, controls of internal activities, among others.
