Sumario: Considering the food needs of the population, the situation regarding the marketing of pork in the Pastaza province and the country, and in order to make sustainable production, it is necessary to diagnose the main problems that affect their marketing such as insufficient sanitary control, defective hygienic conditions the pigs are developed, poor technological innovation such as cold chain and primarily the lack of information and management models related to the identification of problems of swine marketing in rural areas of the canton Tarqui, Pastaza province.
