This research entitled: Systematization of experiences of the technical management of the cultivation of flowers export was held at the Pedro Moncayo canton in Pichincha province which was declared as Capital Mundial de la Rosa. This work counted with the participation of 12 agronomists and 20 supervisors of the different estates of the canton, interviewed engineers have between 10 and 20 years of experience in the management of the cultivations of roses and supervisors between 6 and 15 years. Technical information of experiences in the management of export Roses was collected which allowed us to know the changes that have been sucitado in the Ecuadorian flower industry for the past 15 years. The research was conducted following the logic of the work that they develop in the process of the technical management of the crop. |
