Sumario: Communication is a process where the encoding of the message depends on the context in which it develops and decoding is checked in obtaining answers given as feedback information received. The radio as a traditional communication medium is studied from the perspective of the Birmingham School, with the structured context critics as a processor of information and the view onto the Latin-American School, with the use of radio elements to promote the development of the social reality, which provokes a significant change in the common discourse and practice. The approach of the study methodology, analysis plan and systematization of results provides information supported within the radio scheme. The analysis has two axes. First, position of structural radio elements. Second, obtaining contextual information of the audience that influences the radio process. The technical characteristics of the youth radio program “Mission Revolution”, structural description and communicative goals that were created are defined. The systematization process allows the categorization of results focused on the development of qualitative and quantitative assessment of the radio program “Mission Revolution”. This is based on the theoretical comparison, production monitoring and digital surveys of the sample obtained from the interaction on the Facebook page of the radio program. Finally, the proposed redesign arises from the theoretical evaluation, initial program definition, language elements and structures like listed and technical scripts. Organizational communication guidelines are provided to assist with the positioning of the youth radio program “Mission Revolution” and its ideological expansion.
