Surrounded by modernity and new technologies, public safety is enforced through the use of drones. On the other hand, the ongoing struggle of legal regulations are presented, furtheremore the article analyzes the problems that were cause due to the use of drones by the Spanish legal regulation. First of all, the possibility that drones could violate the right to privacy and proper use of those for public safety is analyzed. Then, the author develops the Spanish regulation upon drones being used in public spaces. Finally, discusses what sanctions are able to be imposed and how to compensate damages that may arise. |
