Currently, the Government knows the real dimensions of the matter, its causes, consequences and priorities. However, even when the goal is right and necessary, due to the legal maze which regulates this topic, the “informal miner” has become in the main obstacle for the commercialization of minerals in the Peruvian Small-Scale Mining. |
