This paper seeks to make an analyze some cases considered the most relevant that has happened in the last years with the arrival of new economic operators on telecommunications sector, in virtue of some conflicts about unfair competition that has happened because of misleading advertising or illegal allusive advertising.For that purpose, the present paper will have theoretical part of the modalities of unfair competition mentioned. In the second part, it will analyse some relevant case of the matter. |
