In this sense, firstly, it reveals the reason for the good reception of these services by the users, and then, it outlines the regulatory issues which have been appearing in the international and national experience. Finally, he proposes that, the fact that these services are not attached to the conventional regulatory framework does not imply that their operation has low quality standards, or that they may be exempt from taxation. |
