Sumario: In this topical and innovative article, Miguel Morachimo offers us an analysis on the implications of the provision of services classified as “Peer Economies”. Finally, he proposes that, the fact that these services are not attached to the conventional regulatory framework does not imply that their operation has low quality standards, or that they may be exempt from taxation.
