Sumario: The American people had to take writing as the value and the actual direction ofEuropean legal culture in the Old World of the beginnings of modernity. At thattime the historical literature was still infiltrated by medieval legendary traditionsand humanistic and Renaissance movements with admiration lavished theclassical world , put on the table historians and chroniclers modern images andmyths old they used both to adorn their written to explain and account forportions of the American past especially when compulsa should make oraltradition run by American men . American and European oral tradition fedknowledge and writing about the past that then began to produce in oursubcontinent although in greater proportion, these stories concerned theimmediate history and the present time of the authors.
