Colombia is recognized as one of the nations most affected by the phenomenon ofdrug trafficking for decades, a situation that has led to the creation of imaginaryand cultural habits that have long justified the policies of repression and controlconsumption. Especially, serving capitalist interests of the United States of America,who are mainly affected by capital flight that world trade in this type of substancecreated, and whose dynamics makes visible not their decline. However, in recentyears Colombia went from being a country illegally exported drug consumingcountry becoming a phenomenon that significantly affects the future of presentand future generations from being one of these crises that the political and constitutionalmodel has begun concerned about human rights and fundamental of thispopulation. This article intends to explain the dichotomies between the model ofa rule of law, a constitutional tendency thanks to judicial activism of judges, whichhas failed despite repeated pronouncements still penetrate exclusionary politicalscheme, concerned incorporate foreign models suffer even legitimacy and validityof the key stakeholders, ensuring the failure of the same, if not achieved once and for all to recognize that the political subject and operator must be re-educated injustice ending values to humanize and dignity to those who depend directly orindirectly the consequences of these behaviors |
