The aim of this essay is to show that the world, according to the dependency theory, is divided into center and periphery, that is, dominant countries and underdeveloped countries, and this originates from capitalist exploitation. The solution is socialism. Establishing the limitations of dependency theory we create the system-world model that fully detects the formation of capital and its consequences on inequality and development. |
