Health is the greatest good of mankind and essential mission of Social States of Law as our own; it is sorecognized in our Constitution in Articles 2 and 49.To this essential role, the State decentralized and massified this good through the State Social companies,thus providing administrative tools, economic and own legal special ones.State Social Enterprises must to accomplish their mission, procure goods and services, relationships whichare essentially of public interest law, but which the legislature submitted with the law 100 of 1993 to privatelaw, with the possibility to include exorbitant clauses that do meet the will autonomy of private law contracts. |
