Sumario: Since the late twentieth century the classic model of law is experiencing a deep exhaustion, due to the dissatisfaction of cultural and normative models. This has led to the emergence of new antihegemonic positions, which lead to new routes that allow for autonomy, reconstruction of democracy, redefinition of state functions and recognition of other forms of social organization by new Actors. For this reason, the present exhibition will seek to demonstrate the ruptures of the current legal paradigm, after which explain the various alternatives theoretically proposed from legal pluralism and finally to highlight the concrete case of the Juntas de Buen Gobierno in the Municipios Autonomos Rebeldes Zapatistas
