In this Project is elaborated an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for Autódromo de Tocancipá in order to offer a tool that allows to decrease o mitigate the environmental negative impacts that the operation generates nowadays. The need to elaborate this tool for this company arises for the absence of elements that allow to know the aspects and environmental impacts of its activity and therefore the absence of averages of control that mitigate the impacts caused to the environment. The first phase of the Project consists in making an Environmental Diagnosis, in this, the each processes and activities of the company are evaluated, indetifying the aspects and environmental impacts generated in each of them, its frequency and conditions of control that could exist nowadays, then, in the second phase a assessment is maked for this impacts identified using the SDA (Secretaría Distrital de Ambiente) matrix for identifying and evaluating impacts, determining its significance taking into account factors such as, legal compliance, frequency, severity and scope of impact. The result of this phase is we can recognize the impacts with major significance, therefore those that need of major priority in his managing and need immediate measures of control. In the last phase strategies of mitigation are designed based on the impacts that were identified like more significant, across the making of plans and programs represented in environmental cards, which offer the necessary tools to decrease, to mitigate, to control or to eliminate the impacts that are generated to the environment in its operations. |
