The environmental pollution is a problem that possesses the majority of cities worldwide, altering the harmony of the nature. The generation of muds, product of the activities of wash and lubricated of cars it is one of the problems that has to be confronted. For this situation the GAD Mejía Municipality established the construction and operation of the plant of treatment of these residues. These document contains the development of the study of environmental impact and plan of environmental managing for the project " Encapsulation of muds (ecupro-95) of the lubricating and washers of the parishes: Machachi, Aloag and Aloasí ". In the legal paragraph there is the information relating to the environmental in force legislation. In the methodology of used investigation it appreciates the different technologies for the summary, analysis and process of the gathered information. In the line base is the initial diagnosis of the area of the project. The study of environmental impact shows the effects that the construction, operation generates as well as in the closing and abandon of the plant. The plan of environmental managing gives the directives to mitigate, to diminish and to eliminate the factors that they can damage to the environment and to the bordering community. |
