Sumario: Several weather events including heat island has been most evident in the last 10 years due to increased population growth and industrial development that concentrates large cities in certain places and times, it is considered due to not only represents implications for energy systems, it also affects public health due to increased exposure to air pollution incident in the territorial entity. Therefore, identifying the presence of the phenomenon of heat island based urban growth and the behavior of the temperature (minimum mean, mean, mean maximum) total precipitation and wind speed in the city of Medellin, will allow the identification and location of the zones or areas that have a given phenomenon called heat island impact.
