Sumario: The public space in time has been the site of sustenance and work for a large part of the population that found in this a solution to cover their basic needs, becoming informal or itinerant salesman, constituting a practice that is not legal, in a space that is not designed for that purpose, we proceed to make an analysis to see what local authorities have implemented on the subject of the use of public space by informal sales, followed characterize one of the biggest problem areas with have location of Informal sales in public space, 10th Street between 8 and 14 in downtown Bogota, which is likely to be pedestrianized under the project of raps, (Pedestrian environmental networks secure in Bogotá), in which implemented a model of regularization plan, including informal trade in public space through an urban design that meets the needs of both, the pedestrian and the formal and informal trade in the area, and that this informal trade is regulated by the use of certain sales space in time and organized manner. To conclude with a proposed of urban design and the inclusion regularization of informal trade in the public space that can be implemented in future projects of urban impact on the city.
