Sumario: This research was aimed to reflect the Educational Experience of Inclusion that has been developed over the last 30 years in IED Villemar El Carmen. To achieve this purpose and given the qualitative research, we chose the method of systematization, which allowed describe the stages, conditions and purposes; characterize teaching practices and highlight contributions and challenges of IED for the inclusion program. For this research we selected two techniques of collecting information with we could be closer to four populations, comprised school administrators, teachers, parents and students. For information analysis, the content analysis technique was used. This allowed unveil the humanist sense, presented in different practices carried out within the institution; the reconstruction of the history of the program and that over a defined people with intellectual limitations semantic path.
