This article presents a balance of the tensions found based on a literature review on training, research, and social sciences. Three axes were evident in the discussions: (1) research training and formative research; (2) multiple perspectives on researchers; and (3) research training at the postgraduate level. Training and research are understood as fields in which there are tensions, and where knowledges, subjectivities and power relations converge, since they are developed at the university, which is understood as a dynamic space that tends to establish policies of truth. |
