Pachamama (Mother Earth), is the proposal of a sustainable kitchen for Colombians in 2022. Its main objective is to promote environmental, economic and social development from home, strengthening the tradition and territoriality, through a set of systemically interconnected modules that encourages the directly participation of the user and promotes the understanding and imitation of natural cycles as a responsible technological media, commensurate with the surroundings. Thus the outputs of each process are used as inputs for other processes, reducing substantially consumption and waste. |
