Sumario: The following article is part of a set of six guidelines for cultural observation and assessment developed by the author, whichwere already published four of them in the 22-1 edition dedicated to the routes and cultural landscapes “The people andcemeteries, and the 23-1 edition dedicated to the art and architecture in the second half of the twentieth century and CraftsShrines. These guides are tools in an effort to propose a methodology for the identification or recognition of cultural heritagein an educational exercise which reflects the experience of several social science disciplines. It is tool for research and raisingawareness of our ancestral neglect of observation. The guide can be expanded, improved and adapted to the requirements ofdifferent jobs. Seize it, and do not forget reference to its author, and your suggestions.
