Sumario: It is a reflection with bioethic and interdisciplinary perspective, on the necessity to construct and to apply theories that surpass the scientific positivism and reframe the clinical services and the practice of the professionals of the health, with the purpose of obtaining the construction of a clinical encounter that privileges the symbolic, moral and political character of the human condition. In order to explain the characteristics of the clinical encounter between the professional of the health and the patient, are presented arguments of epistemologic, political and moral character, derivatives of the understanding of the disease in the "medicalizado" model and the model of market economy.
