Sumario: Whilein the process of enriching the Journal of Law, Economics and Regulation, it is particularly satisfying to share with the academic community the achievements reached during this year.In late September, we received the Best Journal in Economic Law Award at the XXII Jose Ignacio de Marquez Economic Law Competition (2010) with issue Nº 5. In addition, jury members Emilio José Archila, Alfredo Lewin and Luis Fernando Uribe, awarded an “Honorable Mention” to Julian Daniel López-Murcia for his article “The Public Utilities Rates Regulation and the ESCR’s Progressivity Clause in Colombia”. According to the established action plan, we submitted issue Nº 5 to the National Indexing System for Specialized Science, Technology and Innovation Publications (ST& I), obtaining its addition to the National Bibliographic Index-Publindex-Colciencias, Category B. Given the need for disclosure, visibility and accessibility, the Journal was also submitted to various Indexing and Summary Systems (SIRES),where we particularly highlight its acceptance to specialized international economics sites such as RePEc, EconPapers, Dotec, SciELo and Fuente Académica, granting reliable visibility to the Journal´s contents. The outlook described above confirms the progress made over the past three years, and thus corroborates the importance of the Javeriana University’s School of Law in establishing an interdisciplinary view point on Law and Economics, while fostering and expanding research on it.I express my sincere gratitude to those who supported this editorial effort, especially Father Luis Fernando Álvarez Londoño S.J. and Boris Hernández Salame and everyone at Editorial Javeriana, particularly its director Nicolás Morales Thomas and María Alejandra Tejada.
